Reflect Planner is published by Konstrukt Labs S.R.L. and licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes all App Store purchases. Reflect Planner has subscription and lifetime purchase options. Current prices, any trial eligibility, the billing period, and other purchase conditions are displayed in the App Store and the app’s purchase screen before you confirm.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the conditions shown by Apple. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase. If you choose a subscription with a payment commitment, cancelling renewal may not cancel payments already committed; check the terms displayed for that plan.
Manage a subscription or request a refund
Manage or cancel through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Apple explains how to cancel. Deleting the app or asking us to delete a purchase record does not cancel a subscription.
Request refunds through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple handles payment and refund decisions. For an app problem, email contact@konstruktlabs.com so we can investigate.
