Visiting this website
Our website code sets no cookies or local storage. It has no analytics, advertising scripts, external fonts, embedded third-party content, forms, or account registration. All images and styles are served with the site.
The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When the deployed site is visited, Cloudflare may process technical request data, including IP address, requested URL, time, browser information, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use these records to build advertising profiles. Technical records are retained under the provider’s applicable terms and configuration; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing and international-transfer information.
Links to the App Store, reflectplanner.com, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not load those services into this site before you follow a link.
Writing to us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer you, investigate a problem, or handle your privacy request. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your messages for advertising.
Our support mailbox is hosted by GoDaddy, as described in Reflect Planner’s existing policy. Email providers process correspondence to deliver and store it. Ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted between providers; avoid sending sensitive personal information.
We keep support correspondence only as long as it is useful for resolving your issue and related follow-up, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your correspondence by replying to the thread or emailing the address above. Limited records may be retained where a legal obligation or a legal claim requires them.
Legal basis and sharing
For visitors in the European Economic Area, our legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) are running and protecting the website and answering enquiries. Where a message concerns a purchase or service contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply; Article 6(1)(c) applies where law requires a record or response.
Hosting and email providers process data for the purposes described here. Third parties receiving personal data from us must provide the same or equal protection as described in this policy. We do not sell or rent personal data. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. We may disclose limited information if legally required.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data we hold, and object to or request limits on processing where applicable. Email contact@konstruktlabs.com with enough context to locate your correspondence. We may need to confirm your identity without asking for unnecessary information.
We respond to data-rights requests within one month, subject to extensions allowed by law. You may complain to Romania’s ANSPDCP or the data-protection authority where you live. App data stored solely on your device must be managed using that app’s controls; the app policies explain how.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Updates
We will update this page and its date when the website’s data handling changes. New apps will have their own policies; a policy for one app does not automatically apply to another.
