Contact Reflect Planner
Include your device, system version, app version, what you expected, what happened and any steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots or recordings can help; remove private information first. You can also write with a feature request and describe what you were trying to do.
We aim to reply within 3 business days. Some investigations take longer.
The app and your plan
Which devices does Reflect Planner support?
Reflect Planner runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 27 or later. Its companion Apple Watch app requires watchOS 26 or later. Check the Reflect Planner website and App Store listing for current compatibility.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, password or profile. Open the app and start with a goal. Purchases use your Apple Account through the App Store; that does not create an account with us.
Where is my plan stored, and how does sync work?
Goals, tasks, subtasks, events, repeats and categories are stored in the app's database on your device. With iCloud enabled for Reflect Planner, your plan syncs between devices signed in to the same Apple Account through private CloudKit storage. We cannot read that storage.
Without iCloud, the app continues to work locally on the device. If sync is not working, check that both devices use the same Apple Account, that iCloud is enabled for Reflect Planner and that the devices have an internet connection and available iCloud storage.
What do Calendar, Reminders and photo permissions allow?
With permission, Reflect Planner reads Apple Reminders for display and does not modify them. It can display Apple Calendar events and save changes only in calendars you allow; other calendars remain read-only.
A goal photo comes from Apple's photo picker, which provides the selected image without giving the app your whole photo library. Permission controls are available in device Settings. Place search sends the text you type to Apple Maps; the app does not request your device's location.
How does Apple Intelligence work?
Optional Assistance and suggestion features prepare editable drafts for goals, tasks and events. Private Cloud Compute handles the primary request; if it cannot serve it, the app may use Apple's on-device model. Requests go through Apple's system, never a developer-operated AI server.
Nothing is added to your plan until you approve it with Create or Save. Turning off Use Apple Intelligence in Reflect Planner hides Assistance and model-powered suggestions and prevents model requests. Manual planning and reflection continue to work.
How does the Apple Watch companion work?
Your paired iPhone sends today's plan to Apple Watch. Completing a task on the watch sends the change back to your iPhone. The watch face can also show what is next.
Purchases and billing
What does Reflect Planner cost?
Reflect Planner offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Each gives access to the whole app; there is no free tier. Eligible first-time subscribers can receive a 7-day trial on the monthly or yearly subscription. The lifetime purchase has no trial.
Prices, trial eligibility and available payment options are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. See Reflect Planner pricing for the current offers.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions and select Reflect Planner. Cancel there. You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store on Mac. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the period already paid for continues until its end.
Where a yearly subscription is paid in 12 monthly installments, cancellation stops renewal but does not remove payments still due under that 12-month commitment. The published offer excludes this payment option in the United States and Singapore; the purchase sheet shows the terms available in your storefront. The lifetime option is a single purchase with no renewal to cancel.
Deleting the app, deleting your plan or asking us to remove a purchase record does not cancel an Apple subscription. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions.
How do I request a refund?
Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple processes the payment and decides refund requests; we cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
If an app problem prompted the request, please email us too so we can investigate.
Why does the privacy policy mention RevenueCat?
RevenueCat checks purchases with Apple and tells the app whether your paid access is active. It receives a random identifier, purchase history and technical device/request information. It never receives your plan, name, email address or Apple Account details.
For access to or deletion of the purchase record, email us the Order ID from your Apple receipt, also available at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deletion does not cancel a subscription, and using the app again creates a new record when it next checks access. The Reflect Planner privacy policy describes the data, retention and international transfer.
Privacy and deletion
How do I delete my plan?
Delete individual items in Reflect Planner, or use Delete Everything in Settings to remove your plan from the app, your other devices and iCloud and begin setup again. Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders and your subscription are not changed.
Deleting the app removes its local database from that one device. It does not by itself remove your synced iCloud data. You can manage or remove that data through your device's iCloud storage settings. There is no Reflect Planner account to close.
Does Reflect Planner track me?
Reflect Planner has no ads, advertising identifier, behavioral analytics or tracking across other companies' apps or websites. It does use RevenueCat for purchase records. Apple is involved in App Store purchases and optional iCloud and Apple Intelligence features. The privacy policy explains each service and the information it handles.
What happens to a support email?
We use your message to answer you and investigate the issue. Our mailbox is hosted by GoDaddy. Messages are retained only while useful for the issue and follow-up, and you can request deletion by replying to the thread.
In-app support can optionally add diagnostics such as versions, device settings, permissions and item counts, without including your plan's titles, notes or calendar events. The option starts off, and you can review and edit the information before sending.
Email is not end-to-end encrypted between mail providers. A description of the problem is usually more useful than the contents of your plan. Our website and contact privacy policy covers correspondence.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email contact@konstruktlabs.com. Tell us whether your request concerns a purchase record, support correspondence or something else. We cannot access your private app database or iCloud plan. We answer privacy requests within one month.
